COMPANY OVERVIEW  
Our client is a NEWLY opened Japanese Digital Marketing Technology company in Vietnam, focusing on developing internal marketing platform/technologies
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Manage the technical team as an offshore development team supporting the Japanese HQ’s Digital Marketing, SEO, Influencer Marketing businesses
• Lead the Engineering team to sustain and advance internal technology capability, as well as ensuring the project progress and completion
• Educate team members about technology
• Support team members regarding technology
• Deliver project output along with the members
• Quality Assurance/Quality Check of the team’s output
• Select the suitable architecture for the project to progress
• Manage Vietnamese engineers, able to understand the Japanese HQ’s requirements and vision, then convey these goals well to the local staffs

JOB REQUIREMENTS  

• Dynamic, can work independently and commit to the company to train and build a new team
• Conversational English or Japanese level
• Experiences working in Japan or a Japanese company’s offshore branch in Vietnam is preferred

Strong understanding and experience with the below technologies:

• Frontend ： Vue.js, React, SCSS
• Persist ： MySQL, DynamoDB, Memcached, Redis, Elasticsearch
• Container ： Docker, Kubernetes, AWS SAM, AWS CloudFormation
• AWS : EC2, S3, API Gateway
• Azure : MachineLearning, Logic Apps
• Monitor ： Mackerel, Kibana, Metabase, re;dash, Site24x7
• Syslog ： Fluentd, Embulk
• Repository ： GitHub, GitLab  

JOB BENEFITS  

• Salary：From 3,000 USD/70,000,000 VND (GROSS), depending on the candidate’s experience and ability
• Bonus：Twice a year
• Working hours：Mon - Fri 8:00-17:00
